About Lead Like a SEAL
Leadership should hold when conditions change.
Former Navy SEALs, Army Special Forces and intelligence professionals. Founders and executive leaders. Specialists in elite sport and organizational psychology. Different backgrounds, brought together to help people lead well.
Start a conversationWho we are
Different backgrounds. A shared belief in leadership.
We come from environments where decisions affect other people, preparation matters and no one succeeds alone. Our team brings experience from Navy SEALs, Army Special Forces, intelligence services, business, Olympic sport and organizational psychology.
What connects us is curiosity about people: how trust is earned, how teams make decisions when the answer is unclear, and how leaders help others do their best work.
Lead Like a SEAL brings those perspectives into leadership development for individuals, teams and organizations. We do not ask participants to become like us. We help them understand their own leadership and apply what they learn to the responsibilities they carry.

Our point of view
Leadership is not a performance of certainty.
It is the work of creating enough clarity, trust and shared intent for others to act well - especially when the leader cannot know everything.
Lead Like a SEAL turns that belief into experiences where leaders can see their patterns, practise different choices and return to work with commitments that matter.
What guides us
A standard for the work and the way we work.
Earn trust
Do what we say, name what we see and protect the dignity of the people doing difficult work.
Make it real
Connect development to decisions, relationships and the operating context.
Hold the standard
Challenge with care and do not confuse comfort with safety.
Stay curious
Treat expertise as a responsibility to keep learning, not a reason to stop listening.
Share leadership
Put authority close to relevant information and make the team stronger than any individual.
Leave capability behind
Success is what the leaders can do without us in the room.

International by design
Nordic clarity. Global relevance.
Our program connects Norway and the United States, bringing participants into different environments to explore trust, judgement and collective performance.
Norwegian coastal conditions create a setting for practical leadership and reflection. The United States adds business perspectives, leadership conversations and applied challenges. Shared learning and relationships connect the journey and continue through the alumni network.
Our delivery standard
What every facilitator must be able to do.
Build trust
Establish a clear purpose, respectful boundaries and space for honest participation.
See the pattern
Notice the small interactions that shape trust and performance.
Give useful feedback
Offer specific observations with care and make room for another perspective.
Transfer the learning
Connect every insight to the participant's real leadership work.
The right people for your group
Your goals shape the delivery team.
Each engagement requires a different balance of operational credibility, coaching depth, sector understanding and group facilitation. We select facilitators for their ability to create trust, observe precisely, challenge respectfully and connect experience to executive reality.
During the program discussion, we explain the proposed team’s relevant capabilities, delivery roles and responsibilities within applicable confidentiality boundaries. Educational references describe individual backgrounds, not institutional endorsement or academic accreditation.
