The work

Build trust, clear communication and shared responsibility through practice, feedback and application at work. Bring a real team challenge and use the four weeks to test better ways of working together.

  1. Before we meet: frame the challenge

Agree on the team context, strengths and a specific workplace challenge. Identify the behaviours the team wants to practise and how progress will be reviewed.

  2. Week 1: practise together / two days

Practise communication, decisions and shared responsibility in facilitated team challenges. Rotate roles, use individual strengths, review specific observations and repeat with one agreed change.

  3. Weeks 2-3: apply it at work

Allow approximately four hours per person each week: two hours practising in real work, one hour on team assignments and peer feedback, and one hour on individual reflection and preparation. One facilitated group conversation during this period is included within these hours. Bring concrete examples of what changed and what remains difficult.

  4. Week 4: return, refine and commit / two days

Use your workplace experiences as the starting point. Revisit the difficult situations, practise again with feedback and agree on working habits, named owners and review points for continued progress.

Designed to help you leave with

  • A shared view of the team's most important challenge
  • Clearer decision roles and working agreements
  • Practical commitments with named owners
  • Experience of testing new behaviours at work, with a plan for continued practice

02

Get feedback

Hear what facilitators and peers observed about your decisions, communication and use of others’ strengths.

03

Try again

Choose one adjustment and use it in another round. Review the difference it made.

04

Apply

Choose specific changes to practise at work and agree how to review progress.

Before you commit

A clear decision starts with the details.

01Can I join as an individual?

Yes, you can enquire as an individual about the flagship program. We discuss your leadership experience, goals and the requirements of the journey before recommending participation. You do not need to represent a large company.

02What does the investment include?

Accommodation, meals and outerwear are included. Travel arrangements, applicable taxes, group size and the detailed scope are confirmed in your written proposal, along with dates, payment terms and cancellation conditions before you decide.

03Which format fits my experience?

Tell us whether you are stepping into leadership, leading an established team or carrying organization-wide responsibility. We will discuss the relevant format and be clear if a different approach would serve you better.

04Do I need a military or athletic background?

No. You do not need military experience or elite fitness. The purpose is to develop your leadership, not to pass a physical test. Tell us about any access, health or support needs before booking so we can discuss the planned activities and agree appropriate adjustments.
