Yes. Our programs are designed for people with different backgrounds and fitness levels. You do not need military experience or elite fitness: this is leadership development, not a physical selection test. Come ready to participate, learn and support others. Please discuss any access, health or support needs with us before booking so we can review the activities and agree appropriate adjustments.

We welcome enquiries from individuals, founders, emerging and experienced leaders, leadership teams and organizations across sectors. Different formats suit different levels of experience and responsibility. We discuss fit before recommending a program.

Cohort size follows the learning objective and format. Intact-team work is deliberately small; broader journeys can use multiple cohorts with a shared architecture.

The flagship journey takes place in Norway and the United States, with 12 days in each country. Locations for team and organizational programs are agreed during design. The itinerary and participation requirements are confirmed before booking.

The Flagship Journey runs for six months, with 12 days in Norway and 12 days in the United States. The Team Intensive runs for four weeks, with two two-day gatherings. Both include individual practice and group assignments between gatherings, with approximately four hours per person per week. The Organizational Leadership Journey runs for 3-9 months. Preparation, dates and follow-up are agreed in the proposal.

The Flagship Journey is USD 79,990 per participant. The Team Intensive is USD 149,990 per team engagement. The Organizational Leadership Journey starts at USD 239,990 per program. Accommodation, meals and outerwear are included. Travel arrangements, applicable taxes, cohort size and detailed scope are confirmed in the written proposal.

We agree on a small set of relevant behavioural and operating indicators before the program, then use observation, sponsor evidence and workplace application to track progress.
