Leadership cohort in conversation by the sea

Lead Like a SEAL Alumni Network

The program ends. The team continues.

You leave with more than memories. You leave knowing people you have learned with, relied on and seen grow. The alumni network gives those relationships room to continue.

Lead Like a SEALAlumni Network

A shared experience

Some conversations are easier with people who were there.

During the journey, you see more than someone's job title. You see how they listen, respond to uncertainty, ask for help and make space for others. That shared experience gives a relationship a different starting point.

Back at work, the setting changes. The questions continue. The network is a place to exchange perspective, share a difficult decision and stay connected to the people and commitments that mattered during the program.

The Tudor alumni watch

A shared experience. A personal mark.

A reminder of the people, the journey and the standard you choose to carry forward.

For selected alumni, a personalized Tudor diving watch offers a lasting reminder of the journey. The caseback carries the Lead Like a SEAL emblem, with personalization that can include your name and a unique number. Availability, eligibility, personalization and price are confirmed separately; the watch is not presented as part of the program fee.

Life after the program

Stay connected. Keep growing.

There are different ways to remain involved. Speak with us about upcoming gatherings, mentoring and learning opportunities; dates and participation arrangements are confirmed for each activity.

01

Conversations that matter

Bring the questions that do not have an easy answer. Offer honest perspective and learn how others approach similar responsibilities in a different context.

02

Time together again

Gatherings and selected experiences offer a reason to reconnect, renew friendships and step back from the pace of everyday work.

03

Learning in both directions

Mentoring and shared reflection connect experience with fresh thinking. Contribute what you have learned, and remain open to what someone else can teach you.

Norway and the United States

Different places. Common ground.

The flagship journey brings people together for 12 days in Norway and 12 days in the United States. Different settings create different conversations about leadership, culture and responsibility.

The value of those conversations does not depend on staying in the same place. It continues when someone offers an introduction, asks a thoughtful question or makes time to listen.

A strong alumni community is built through those small acts. It is a network you can turn to, and one you help make valuable for others.

A shared standard

What we ask of one another.

01

Protect trust

Treat personal experiences and sensitive conversations with discretion. Make it possible for others to speak openly.

02

Contribute with purpose

Offer useful perspective, thoughtful support and honest feedback. Respect each other's time and responsibilities.

03

Stay accountable

Follow through on commitments. Remain willing to learn, acknowledge mistakes and carry the program's standards into everyday decisions.
